Champ Pans built this expander ring (JR1040) as a mounting piece for Weld non-beadlock wheel builds. It sits between the wheel hub and the rim to keep the tire bead locked down when terrain gets rough.
Hardened steel handles the abuse, and three quick-release fasteners let you pull it apart for tire rotations or field repairs without fuss. It holds the bead tight while adding just 0.35 lbs of rotational weight.
